It’s been a while since I’ve done a blog post such as this, and my reading habits have changed – well, I mean to say, I am attempting to change my reading habits. Now, not only am I attempting to read only one or two books at a time, instead of, say, five, but I am also attempting to go down a sort of TBR. This TBR list is really just me looking at my library app and reading the books that are due first. But since I was genuinely interested in reading said books, this has actually worked out pretty well so far.

WWW Wednesday is hosted by Sam at Taking on a World of Words. WWW Wednesday is simple: just answer these three questions:
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you’ll read next?
What are you currently reading?

This is actually my second Catherine Ryan Howard book of the year, the first being The Nothing Man, which was fantastic, and one of the reasons I so readily picked this one up. You can find a summary of Run Time here, but so far, as I’m only a few chapters in, the suspense is building very nicely.
What did you recently finish reading?

This was an odd one for me. It kept me captivated until the end, and yet when I looked back over the story after finishing it, I found many things about it that just didn’t sit well with me. Long story short, the writing was great, but the plot didn’t match up with the great writing. And this was odd too because I so enjoyed his The Flight Attendant, so what can I say? I still had a good time reading it, if that makes sense. The summary can be found here.
What do you think you’ll read next?

Either The Hacienda by Isabel Cañas or The Swift and the Harrier by Minette Walters. As I said, I have been prone to reading at least two books at a time, so maybe I’ll do both. Summaries for each can be found here and here.
